We were absolutely thrilled to welcome the BBC Songs of Praise team to Liverpool Olympia for their spectacular Sing Gospel special event. It was an unforgettable evening that filled our historic auditorium with incredible music, energy and pure joy.

The event brought together an amazing lineup of talent, including legendary vocalist Sarah Brown, to celebrate the rich power and uplifting spirit of gospel music. From the moment the doors opened, the atmosphere inside the Olympia was electric, with a packed crowd lifting their voices alongside a sensational live choir.

Our unique, historic theatre has hosted some unforgettable nights over the decades, but hearing the collective harmony of hundreds of voices echoing through the stalls and balconies was truly something special. A massive thank you to the BBC production team, the incredible performers and everyone in the community who joined us to fill the venue with such fantastic spirit.
